The grand prize message selected was "Communication instead of power abuse, respect instead of disregard."
The winning department expressed in their acceptance speech, "Participating in this challenge allowed us to once again realize how important a culture of mutual respect is within the organization," and added, "We will continue to take the lead in practicing the values of respect and consideration."
