Pyeongtaek Port Authority to Hold 'Job Fair' at Pyeongtaek Port on the 29th
The Gyeonggi Pyeongtaek Port Authority will hold a job fair on the 29th.
Pyeongtaek Port Authority announced that it will hold a job fair on the 3rd floor of the Pyeongtaek Port Marine Center on the same day to alleviate the recruitment difficulties of companies located in the Pyeongtaek Poseung (BIX) district of the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone and to expand employment opportunities for job seekers.
At the fair, companies located in the Poseung district such as Harium Industry, Dakonet, Sinchang LNC, Daewoon System, and SeAH SA will participate, and one-on-one interviews between companies and job seekers will be conducted on site.

Side events include profile photo shoots, hair and makeup experiences, and tours of the Marine Center observatory.
Kim Seok-gu, president of Pyeongtaek Port Authority, emphasized, "To solve the chronic mismatch problem of job openings and job seekers in the Gyeonggi Free Economic Zone Poseung (BIX) district, we will provide 'more employment information and more employment opportunities.'"

Meanwhile, Pyeongtaek Port Authority has been hosting the "Gyeonggi-do Maritime Logistics Youth Employment Academy" since 2018. This year, out of 60 trainees, more than 50 have been employed by maritime logistics companies.
