The Joint Chiefs stated, "Considering the current wind direction, the balloons may move toward Gyeonggi Province and the Seoul metropolitan area," and urged caution regarding falling debris.
This is the first time in ten days since the 18th that North Korea has floated balloons toward South Korea.
