Dong-A University, Award Ceremony for 'Customized Employment Service Best Practices Contest for Enrolled Students'
Build-up and Jump-up Project Participants: Kim Minjin (Department of Health Management, Year 4) Awarded Best Excellence Prize
The Dong-A University University Job Plus Center held the '2024 Customized Employment Service Best Practices Contest for Enrolled Students' and shared the achievements of the past year.
The Best Practices Contest, hosted by the Dong-A University University Job Plus Center, targeted students from freshman to senior years who had participated in the 'Build-Up Project' (approximately 2,400 lower-grade students registered for career setting portfolios) and the 'Jump-Up Project' (approximately 1,200 upper-grade students registered for individual employment activity plans).
The 24 students who advanced to the finals shared their IAP (Individual Employment Activity Plan) outcomes, creating a platform for communication aimed at establishing employment activity plans and strengthening employment competencies.
The Dong-A University University Job Plus Center selected the best practices in the contest based on evaluation criteria such as IAP composition, creativity, thoroughness in composing and writing best practices, and the positive effects of counseling.
At the awards ceremony held on the 27th, student Kim Min-jin (4th year, Department of Health Management) received the grand prize.
Student Kim Min-jin said, “I did not have a concrete plan for my career, but with the help of consultant Choi Jin-yi, my employment activity plan became clear, allowing me to prepare well for employment throughout my senior year. I am also happy to have won an award.”
Shin Yong-taek, director of the Dong-A University University Job Plus Center, said, “We support all students participating in the 2024 customized employment service program for enrolled students and plan to continue providing various career and employment support programs for students.”
