Gyeonggi Hanam City (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) has achieved the success of producing 19 employment successes through the ‘Youth Challenge Support Project,’ which was promoted to help young job seekers who had given up on job searching successfully enter society.

View original imageAccording to Hanam City on the 28th, out of the total 89 young people who participated in this year’s Youth Challenge Support Project, 70 completed the program, and 19 of them succeeded in finding employment. Additionally, 46 are currently continuing vocational education and training courses through the National Employment Support System.
Now in its second year, the Youth Challenge Support Project is a program that provides up to 200 hours of customized employment support over a maximum of 25 weeks for young people aged 18 to 34 who have difficulty entering society due to job search failure, career interruption, or lack of confidence.
The young people who participated in this year’s Youth Challenge Support Project engaged in various activities such as △ expanding understanding of job roles and industries through on-site communication with current employees (visiting 5 companies within the Eastern Gyeonggi Startup Innovation Space) △ experiencing AI mock interviews △ participating in the Youth Recruitment ZONE.
