Convenience Stores Also Sell Ski Resort Tickets... Seven Eleven Offers "Lowest Price"
Vivaldi Park Ski Lift Tickets and Sledding Area Passes
Available for Purchase at Stores Until January 17 Next Year
Seven Eleven announced on the 28th that it will sell ski lift tickets and sledding tickets for Vivaldi Park, a complex leisure and resort theme park located in Hongcheon, Gangwon-do, from the 29th of this month until the 17th of next month.
This is the first time a convenience store has partnered with a resort to introduce ski and sledding ticket products. For this product, a discount of up to 58% off the regular price has been applied, securing the lowest price both online and offline. This reflects the characteristic of the convenience store channel, where price competitiveness is a particularly important purchasing factor.
Vivaldi Park is a complex resort operated by Sono Hotels & Resorts. It boasts the largest ski resort in Korea, a large sledding area called "Snowy Land" spanning 15,000 pyeong (40,000㎡), a golf course, and 2,800 rooms. It is easily accessible from the metropolitan area, attracting many ski enthusiasts every year.
Seven Eleven will sell two types of Vivaldi Park lift tickets (2-ticket and 3-ticket sets) divided into off-peak and peak seasons. Customers who purchase will also receive a 50% discount coupon for ski and snowboard equipment rental at Sono Hotels & Resorts’ official equipment rental shops. Since many family customers visit to enjoy winter travel, two types of Snowy Land sledding tickets and Ocean World all-day tickets (2-ticket and 3-ticket sets) that the whole family can enjoy will also be offered.
The purchase method is simple. Visit a nearby Seven Eleven store, express your intention to purchase to the staff, and provide your mobile phone number. Then, a URL for a special discount page exclusive to customers will be sent via text message. When purchasing, register as a member under the mobile phone number used and pay for the tickets to receive the Vivaldi Park mobile voucher via text message.
The product can be purchased at stores from the 29th of this month until January 17th of next year, and the tickets sold can be used until February. Seven Eleven plans to expand its product coverage through unique and differentiated service product planning in the future.
