So far, the TF, composed of 27 experts, has received great responses from residents by providing consultations for each project site, mediating conflicts, and conducting resident education to enhance understanding of maintenance projects.
Based on these achievements, in this reorganization, 9 of the existing members were appointed as Responsible Advisory Committee members and assigned to one or two project sites. Responsible Advisory Committee members visit the site from the early stages of the project to identify obstacles to reconstruction promotion and propose proactive solutions through expert review. For projects under construction, they participate in progress meetings from the groundbreaking stage to support systematic progress management. Additionally, depending on conflict situations, Responsible Advisory Committee members plan to collaborate with expert advisory members to form a One team to resolve issues.
A total of 10 project sites have been assigned Responsible Advisory Committee members. These include ▲ Apgujeong District Special Planning Zone 1 (Miseong 1st and 2nd complexes) ▲ Cheongdam Samik ▲ Daechi Ssangyong 1st ▲ Daechi Ssangyong 2nd ▲ Daechi Woosung 1st ▲ Eunma ▲ Gaepo Jugong Complex 1 ▲ Gaepo Jugong Complex 4 ▲ Gaepo Jugong Complex 5 ▲ Gaepo Jugong Complex 6 and 7, with plans to gradually expand the target projects in the future.
With this reorganization, the scale of the Reconstruction Dream Support TF has also expanded. On the 26th, 12 new members were appointed, increasing the total from 27 to 39. Furthermore, a weekly consultation service for residents interested in reconstruction will be newly established to strengthen communication with residents.
