Lotte Global Logistics Signs Business Agreement for 'Logistics Automation Business Cooperation'
TXR Robotics, an affiliate of Eugene Group, is partnering with Lotte Global Logistics to develop new logistics automation solutions. TXR Robotics, a company specializing in logistics and robot automation, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for cooperation in logistics automation business with Lotte Global Logistics on the 27th at Eugene Building in Yeouido.

View original imageThrough this agreement, both companies plan to strengthen cooperation across the entire business, including developing business models for logistics automation, technological collaboration to maximize efficiency and productivity, and joint marketing and promotions.
TXR Robotics will provide technical cooperation necessary for the development and commercialization of Lotte Global Logistics' logistics automation system and will actively propose new technologies to improve logistics processes in the future. Lotte Global Logistics will actively provide testbeds and verify effectiveness for the logistics automation business and plans to develop optimal automation solutions through technical collaboration with TXR Robotics.
In particular, both companies intend to identify collaborative projects for the commercialization of logistics automation systems and thereby promote innovation in domestic and international logistics networks.
Um In-seop, CEO of TXR Robotics, stated, "This agreement will be an important opportunity to accelerate the digital transformation of the domestic logistics industry and innovation in automation technology," adding, "We expect to provide safer and more efficient logistics services through cooperation with Lotte Global Logistics."

Meanwhile, TXR Robotics is a newly launched company that changed its name after merging with Rotal, a robot automation specialist, in the first half of this year. It was formerly Taesung System, a logistics affiliate of Eugene Group.
