View original imageThe registration period for this competition, open to enrolled students, students on leave, and graduate students, is a total of 8 weeks from the 25th until January 19 of next year. The competition period runs for 5 weeks from December 23 to January 24 of next year. Participants will simultaneously compete in both the domestic stock and overseas stock leagues.
The Kiwoom Securities University Student Mock Investment Competition has been held every summer and winter vacation since 2007 with the purpose of establishing a sound investment culture, offering generous benefits to awardees. All winners in each league receive scholarships and certificates. Starting from this competition, the number of awardees has been expanded to the top 200, providing scholarships totaling 23.5 million KRW to up to 400 students. Additionally, top winners are offered internship opportunities.
Besides the awardees, various prizes are given to all participants. Every student participating in the mock investment competition will receive random fractional shares of U.S. stocks, and anyone who makes at least one mock investment trade will receive a coffee coupon. The first 1,000 people who share on SNS will receive a Starbucks coffee, and an event is also held where participants receive 5,000 Naver Pay points when a school friend joins.
