Uijeongbu City Announces Open Recruitment for the Uijeongbu City Hope Recovery Comprehensive Support Center Management Agency
Uijeongbu City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kim Dong-geun) announced on the 22nd that it will publicly recruit a consignment agency to operate the Uijeongbu City Hope Recovery Comprehensive Support Center.
The Uijeongbu City Hope Recovery Comprehensive Support Center is a homeless facility established to promote the sound social reintegration and welfare enhancement of homeless people in accordance with the "Act on Welfare and Self-Reliance Support for Homeless People, etc." It is a standalone building located in Geum-o-dong with a total floor area of 230.49㎡, consisting of one basement floor and three above-ground floors. The consignment operation period is five years, from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030.
Applicants must be social welfare corporations or non-profit corporations with their main office located in Gyeonggi Province or Seoul Metropolitan City as of the announcement date. Detailed information regarding the application can be found on the city’s website under notices and announcements or by contacting the Welfare Policy Division.
Applications must be submitted in person at the Welfare Policy Division (Annex Building, 2nd floor) of City Hall from December 4 to 6, over a period of three days. The final selection of the consignment agency will be decided through a comprehensive review by the Consignment Agency Selection Deliberation Committee.
