The AI-Generated Read-Aloud Fairy Tales were created using an AI solution developed by SKT. This content converts text-based fairy tale books into VOD format. The AI model, which has been trained and fine-tuned on images and content including the background, characters, dialogues, and emotions in the fairy tales, generates movements and converts them into videos. Users can experience about 50 pages of a fairy tale book in a video lasting around 4 minutes, enabling a fresher and more immersive learning experience.
In particular, by utilizing Claude, a large language model (LLM) from Anthropic, an AI partner company of SKT, the AI analyzes the fairy tale story and message and poses questions at the end of the VOD as a 'post-reading activity,' which helps develop children's comprehension skills and emotional growth. A total of 12 AI-Generated Read-Aloud Fairy Tales will be sequentially released through B tv and mobile B tv starting this month.
The AI English Dubbed Children's Songs are based on the work 'Ddolddoli's Picture Diary Songs,' produced by Crazybird Studio, a content company invested in by SK Broadband. This project was a collaboration with Hudson AI, recommended by SKT's startup nurturing and business cooperation support program. Last year, SK Broadband introduced AI voice conversion technology in the dubbed content of the movie 'Honest Candidate 2' through B tv, and now it has launched the industry's first English dubbed children's songs.
The dialogues of characters in the children's song VODs were dubbed in English using acting TTS (text-to-speech) to replicate emotions as closely as possible to the original, and voice conversion was used to dub the guide songs into character voices. Through AI technology, children can naturally learn the songs in English. A total of 72 AI English Dubbed Children's Songs will be sequentially released by early next year.
