BNK Financial Group (Chairman Bin Dae-in) held the ‘2024 BNK Global Week’ corporate culture workshop by inviting local employees from the group’s overseas affiliates.

View original imageThis event was the first ‘Global Workshop’ conducted by BNK Financial Group, aimed at boosting the pride of local employees working at overseas affiliates and enhancing the sharing and understanding of the group’s values.
Thirty local employees from eight countries within the affiliates participated in the five-day program, which included experiential training focused on strengthening employee capabilities, such as internal control training, receiving high praise from participants.
The main programs included ▲ corporate culture and group global vision training ▲ tours of the headquarters and IT data center ▲ watching a BNK Some basketball team game ▲ and a global harmony night with the CEO, among various other activities.
In particular, on the 12th, the ‘Global Harmony Night’ event provided an opportunity for direct communication and exchange with the CEO.
Bin Dae-in, Chairman of BNK Financial Group, stated, “Through this workshop, we were able to directly share the group’s vision and values with employees in our global network,” adding, “The secret to BNK’s growth into a global group is thanks to the hard work and dedication of our local overseas employees.”
