Naju City in Jeollanam-do recently announced on the 11th that the Public Health Center held a residents' briefing session regarding the 'Public Facility Production and Installation Service for the Creation of Namdo Food Street.'
The briefing session, attended by about 100 people including sellers and restaurant owners from the Hong-eo Street and local residents, was organized to help merchants and residents better understand the project and to enhance satisfaction through broad communication and collection of opinions.

View original imageThis project aims to create a distinctive premium food street that blends tradition and modernity, with a total project cost of 1 billion KRW (50% provincial funds, 50% city funds) invested in the production and installation of public facilities on Hong-eo Street.
The main components include the installation of a 'Hong-eo character sculpture,' production of 'design signboards,' and installation of 'storytelling guide signs and photo zones.'
Along with the project explanation, the Public Health Center guided the attending merchants on practical measures to improve visitor satisfaction, such as operating 'Hong-eo Street Beautification Day,' 'Water Cleaning Day,' and compliance with origin labeling, urging active participation through signing pledges.
