This training was planned with the purpose of ensuring the safety of field workers from frequently occurring threatening civil complaint situations and to promptly and appropriately respond to various situations that may arise during the civil service response process.

In particular, the wearable camera usage training focused on enabling field workers to learn how to wear the equipment, record and save functions, and how to utilize it in emergency situations, thereby enhancing their ability to objectively manage conflict situations with complainants by vividly recording on-site situations.

Following the training, a simulated drill for responding to unusual civil complaints based on actual scenarios was conducted. The staff participated in multiple drills with various scenarios to strengthen their response capabilities in emergency situations and learned how to effectively respond to complainants' demands through communication and collaboration among teams.

Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun of Guri said, “Through this training, we hope to have established a foundation that enhances the safety of civil service responses and enables field workers to respond quickly and accurately when unusual civil complaints occur.” He added, “We will continue to spare no support to strengthen the capabilities of field workers who interact with complainants on the front lines.”

In addition, the city plans to actively promote various policies to increase the reliability of civil service responses and provide effective administrative services in a safe environment for both employees and citizens.
