Roborock announced on the 7th that it has won first place for three consecutive years in the All-in-One Robot Vacuum Cleaner category at the '2024 Korea Quality Satisfaction Index (KS-QEI)' organized by the Korea Standards Association (KSA).
The Korea Quality Satisfaction Index (KS-QEI) is a comprehensive quality satisfaction indicator jointly developed by the Korea Standards Association and the Korean Society for Quality Management. Consumers and experts who have used the products and services of the respective companies evaluate factors such as performance, reliability, durability, usability, safety, accessibility, image, recognition, and novelty.

In April, Roborock introduced its flagship model for this year, the 'Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra (S8 MaekseuV Ulteura).' Additionally, it launched an all-in-one dock that allows automatic device management without manual intervention and, for the first time in Roborock products, a direct water supply station that automatically replaces cleaning water.
