LG HelloVision, First Voluntary Retirement Since Establishment... Targeting Employees with Over 10 Years of Service
LG HelloVision is implementing its first voluntary retirement program since its establishment.
According to the cable TV industry on the 6th, LG HelloVision will accept applications for voluntary retirement from the 6th to the 18th. Eligible employees are those aged 50 or older or with more than 10 years of service.
The specific scale of the voluntary retirement has not been determined. The retirement severance pay is equivalent to two years' salary, and the retirement performance bonus is 11.8% of this year's salary.
