[Concall] Kakao Games "Prioritizing Efficiency Improvement in Non-Core Businesses"
Han Sang-woo, CEO of Kakao Games, said during the Q3 earnings conference call on the 6th, "Apart from the partial sale of Senatechnology shares, Kakao VX is also continuing workforce reallocation and voluntary retirement efforts mainly related to non-core businesses."
He added, "As part of the strategy for future growth, we plan to make focused investments. While there will be workforce reductions, I believe reallocation efforts are also important," and said, "We are prioritizing the efficiency improvement of non-core businesses above all."

CEO Han stated, "The key factors for future growth are, first, expanding global performance; second, expanding PC and console; third, diversifying genres; fourth, service innovation utilizing artificial intelligence (AI); and lastly, improving user engagement," and added, "Visible results from these efforts can be expected starting from the release of new titles next year."
