During the approximately three-hour meeting, Mayor Lee discussed current issues, city initiatives, and solutions with 35 representatives from the residents' representative meetings of each complex. To this end, the city had previously received and reviewed suggestions from each complex.
Topics discussed at the meeting included ▲drainage expansion (Hansup City Complex 3) ▲expansion of metropolitan buses and road improvements (Hansup City Complexes 2 and 5) ▲expansion of nearby public parking lots (Yeokbuk Prugio) ▲improvement of elementary school commuting routes (Gorim Yangwoo Naeanae 3rd Complex) ▲awards for model management complexes (Mohyeon Switchen and Yongin Dmark Desiang). Mayor Lee particularly instructed relevant officials to review matters requiring action or confirmation among the suggestions raised during the meeting.
Before the meeting, Mayor Lee also introduced the city's budget scale, major policies, and future vision. Since the 8th term of the elected mayor, the city has increased subsidies for multi-family housing from 1.4 billion KRW in the 7th term to 2.2 billion KRW, an increase of 800 million KRW. The maximum support per complex was also raised from 50 million KRW to 75 million KRW.
