This training was organized to foster future-oriented training design and administrative capabilities of training institutions suitable for promoting Gyeonggi Future Education policies in the era of digital transformation.
The main topics included ▲ the latest trends in Human Resource Development (HRD) in the era of Artificial Intelligence (AI) ▲ curriculum design using generative AI and digital utilization training techniques ▲ lecture design strategies and skills ▲ organizational culture and leadership.
The Provincial Office of Education plans to enhance the training design capabilities of training institutions to strengthen field-centered policy implementation capabilities and expand sharing of training strategies through mutual cooperation and communication among institutions.
Furthermore, it intends to collaborate so that training institutions can improve school-customized training design and field support capabilities for Gyeonggi Future Education.
