Employee disciplined for manipulating reports... Police launch investigation into Curly's suspected forgery of private documents
Kim Seul-ah, CEO of Curly, Accused
The police have launched an investigation into allegations that Curly manipulated internal reports to discipline employees.
On the 31st, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul announced that they have begun an investigation following the receipt of a complaint filed in June accusing Curly CEO Kim Seul-ah of forgery of private documents, use of forged private documents, and obstruction of business.
The complainant, Mr. A, who belongs to Curly's Quality Control (QC) department, claims that internal grievance consultation reports (VOE) were manipulated during the disciplinary process.
According to Mr. A, in January, an anonymous complaint was received stating that "there was a violent incident with an employee from another department, but even when trying to have a meeting, the team leader (Mr. A) could not be found within the company."
