Qxpress Changes Company Name to 'Tracklosys' ... Removing Q10
Qxpress, a logistics company within the Qoo10 Group, has changed its name to TracX Logis (TracX).
According to industry sources on the 29th, TracX recently held a board meeting and decided to change its name. The name TracX reflects the company's commitment to providing fast and accurate delivery services.
Previously, TracX's financial investors (FIs) exercised their rights related to exchangeable bonds (EB) and convertible bonds (CB), converting them into common stock, and acquired management rights from the Qoo10 Group, which is effectively being dismantled amid the 'TMEF incident,' and from CEO Koo Young-bae.
