Dongducheon City Conducts Capacity Building Training for Career Teachers at 5 Local Middle Schools
The Dongducheon Career Experience Support Center conducted a competency enhancement training session on future-oriented educational methods for career teachers at local middle schools on the 28th.
The Jinro Experience Support Center in Dongducheon-si, Gyeonggi Province, announced on the 29th that it conducted a capacity-building job training on future-oriented educational methods for career teachers at local middle schools on the 28th.
The training was held at the Youth Training Center, attended by five career teachers from local middle schools and three center officials.
The training topics included ▲Teaching methods effective for Generation Z ▲Experiencing classroom-style Netflix career programs (high school credit system, Holland test, etc.) ▲Experiential learning and transformative learning.
Additionally, the training aimed to improve the quality of career education by sharing individual educational cases and know-how of career teachers in school settings.

An official from the Dongducheon-si Jinro Experience Support Center stated, “We will provide career education programs necessary for students by communicating more organically with career teachers centered around the center,” adding, “Through this, we will support local students to actively respond to changes in future society and develop their capabilities.”
