Hankyung Association Seminar on 'Responding to Strengthened Corporate Governance Regulations'

The Korea Economic Association (KEA) announced on the 29th that it will hold a seminar titled "Is It Okay to Strengthen Governance Regulations Like This?" on the 6th of next month at the FKI Tower in Yeouido, Seoul, in collaboration with the law firm Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
This seminar is organized to analyze the contents of the bill to strengthen corporate governance regulations, including the Commercial Act, currently pending in the National Assembly, and to discuss practical response measures from a corporate perspective. Speakers include Kim Kyung-chun and Kim Tae-jung, corporate governance experts from Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, and researcher Kim Soo-yeon.
