From July 1 to 7, Dispatched Officers Conduct On-site Inspections at Exam Venue Schools
Close Cooperation with Related Agencies to Prevent Noise Around Exam Sites
The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education is making every effort to ensure the stable administration of the ‘2025 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT)’ scheduled for the 14th of next month.
Starting this month, the Busan Office of Education is fully committed to preparing exam sites and establishing a detailed support system to ensure the smooth conduct of the CSAT.
On the 22nd, a briefing session on the ‘2025 CSAT Exam Site School Work Processing Guidelines’ was held for vice principals, academic affairs directors, and dispatched officers of exam site schools, providing guidance on exam site operations, supervisors, and examinee precautions.
On the 24th, a ‘2025 CSAT Examinee Precautions Briefing’ was held for homeroom teachers of third-year high school students. The session focused on examinee precautions and prevention of cheating, and addressed questions from the field through a Q&A session.
It was emphasized that precautions should be accurately communicated to students to prevent difficulties caused by unfamiliarity with regulations on the day of the exam.
After completing the guidance on precautions, the Office of Education will conduct on-site inspections of exam site schools from the 1st to the 7th of next month. Dispatched supervisors will visit exam sites to thoroughly check all aspects of CSAT preparation, including the transportation and storage of test booklets, exam site and room arrangements, response to natural disasters, and broadcasting facilities.
Additionally, the Office plans to collaborate closely with related organizations such as city, district, and county offices, the police agency, to ensure smooth traffic, noise prevention around exam sites, fire safety inspections, stable power supply and electrical safety checks, and secure storage and management of CSAT test booklets, preparing thoroughly for the exam.
Ha Yun-su, Superintendent of Busan Metropolitan Office of Education, stated, “The Office is working hard to ensure that examinees, who have dedicated a long time to achieving their goals, can take the CSAT stably. The Busan education family will unite in support so that all examinees can achieve the results they desire.”
