Gyeonggi-do, Joint Inspection on Post-Management of Major Assets Supporting Seafood Processing
Gyeonggi Province will conduct a joint post-management inspection of important assets related to support projects in the seafood processing industry from the 28th of this month to the 15th of next month.
This inspection aims to verify whether seafood processing companies that received subsidies to acquire facilities and equipment are properly managing them afterward. Gyeonggi Province will collaborate with four local governments: Hwaseong, Icheon, Pyeongtaek, and Ansan.
The inspection targets seven companies that received subsidies for acquiring facilities and equipment in the seafood processing industry support project, as well as 33 types of equipment and facilities, including metal detectors.
The main inspection items include ▲whether there has been any use, transfer, or exchange for purposes other than approved by the city or county ▲whether subsidy project notices are posted ▲and whether the business sites are operating normally.
Based on the inspection results, Gyeonggi Province plans to immediately correct minor issues on-site and take measures according to the Act on the Management of Subsidies for serious defects.
