Director Hwang Seon-ok of Hanam-si Gamil-dong Municipal Gamil Little Foret Daycare Center and the daycare children are delivering 607,500 won from the daycare bazaar proceeds to Gamil-dong on the 21st.
Hwang Seon-ok, director of the Gimail Little Fore Municipal Daycare Center in Gamildong, Hanam-si, Gyeonggi Province, and the daycare children visited the Gamildong Administrative Welfare Center on the 21st to donate 607,500 won from the daycare bazaar proceeds to Gamildong.
The donation was raised through the "Dorang Dorang Anabada" bazaar held on the 1st as part of environmental protection efforts. The children brought used items such as clothes, shoes, and toys they no longer used at home and sold them directly to neighbors within the apartment complex. Additionally, the daycare parents' operating committee sold snacks, and the proceeds from these sales were combined to make the donation.
Hwang Seon-ok, director of the daycare, stated, "It was a meaningful time for the children to experience economic activities firsthand and practice love for their neighbors through the bazaar event."
Oh Young-soon, head of Gamildong, expressed gratitude, saying, "We thank the teachers and children of the Gimail Little Fore Municipal Daycare Center for practicing sharing to help neighbors in need, and we will deliver warm hearts to the vulnerable neighbors in the community."
