Crowdsourcing Delivery Platform 'Bureung Friends' Introduces Mission Feature
Delivery platform Vroong announced on the 21st that it has introduced a mission feature to its crowdsourcing delivery platform 'Vroong Friends.' Vroong Friends is a delivery platform service that anyone can participate in using various modes of transportation such as walking, bicycles, kickboards, motorcycles, and cars.
With the introduction of the mission feature, 'Friends' performing delivery tasks on Vroong Friends can now check promotions such as the number of deliveries completed during the lunch peak time within the app and monitor their progress and achievement status in real time. Additionally, they can be assigned and complete multiple missions simultaneously, which also leads to increased earnings.
Furthermore, in July, a self-dispatch feature was introduced. Vroong Friends enhanced accessibility by adding self-dispatch, familiar to freelance two-wheeled riders, to the existing AI-recommended dispatch method that suggests new orders to Friends located nearby.

By integrating self-dispatch, it creates efficient routes during batch dispatches and allows riders to directly select orders within their preferred distance, reducing waiting times and enabling them to complete more orders. A Vroong representative said, "Vroong combines a nationwide directly operated two-wheeled network with crowdsourcing to establish a multi-infrastructure,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen our competitiveness in high-quality delivery services by empowering crowdsourcing."
