Tourism Organization Launches 'Cheongwaiut' Program to Revitalize Tourism in Cheongwadae Area
Providing Diverse Experiences Including Tours and Interactive Exhibitions
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization announced on the 18th that the '2024 Cheongwa-iut (Around Cheongwa)' program will be held from the 19th to December 30th to revitalize tourism in the Cheongwadae area.

View original imageFirst, from the 19th to November 3rd, a weekend tour program exploring the past and present of Seochon and Bukchon in the Cheongwadae area will be operated.
An interactive exhibition featuring the suitcases of six virtual tourists and packing travel bags will continue from November 13th to December 30th. Participants can pack their own travel bags for a trip to the Cheongwadae area and share their personal travel preferences on SNS in this participatory exhibition.
A hands-on one-day class for family visitors will be held from November 15th to December 20th. It will take place every Friday at the Travel Lounge on the first floor of Cheongwadae Sarangchae, where participants can experience perfume making, bojagi art, mother-of-pearl craft, soap making, and dancheong painting.
