Shinsegae Centum City Officially Opens 'Pierre Marcolini', Chocolatier Designated by the Belgian Royal Family
Shinsegae Centum City officially opened "Pierre Marcolini," the Hermes of the chocolate world, on the basement first floor of the department store on the 17th.
Following Shinsegae Gangnam and Daegu, it is the third official store to open in Korea, located in Busan.
"Pierre Marcolini" is renowned as the industry's top chocolatier, dedicating great effort to maintaining taste and quality. The products are famous for being meticulously crafted from the raw material stage, with the main ingredient, cacao beans, sourced directly from the origin and produced exclusively in Belgium.
From raw material procurement to cocoa bean sorting, refining, and final production stages, the entire process is conducted locally on-site.
Signature menu items of Pierre Marcolini include Selection 15 pieces, Nouvelle Selection 9 pieces, and Cake Hazelnut Caramel, offering a variety of desserts beyond chocolates, such as beverages and ice cream.
