Group Training Conducted for Child Meal Service Workers in Paju Area
'The Original State of Body and Mind, Be Yourself Education'
The Paju City Children and Social Welfare Meal Management Support Center (Director Kim Jang-ho), a commissioned institution in Paju City, Gyeonggi Province, announced on the 14th that it conducted a group training session titled "The Original State of Body and Mind, Be Yourself" for workers at local children's meal facilities on the 10th.
This training was organized to encourage children's meal facility workers to check the condition of their body and mind, take care of themselves, and then focus on their original work.
The training program consisted of content aimed at relieving stress in the body and mind exhausted by work and emotional labor, including ▲ stress and the workings of the mind ▲ understanding stress environments and situations ▲ attitudes toward incidents ▲ meditation experience.
Jang Yeon-hee, Director of the Hygiene Department, said, "I hope this training provided a meaningful time for children's meal facility workers to step away from work, heal stress, and regain emotional stability."
