He added, "In addition to supporting electricity bills, we will promote support for delivery and courier fees for micro small business owners, and establish a linked program with policy finance to help small business owners grow into small and medium enterprises. We will also expand the budget for programs that support crisis small business owners in a package manner, from management improvement to closure, re-startup, and employment," he emphasized.
He continued, "We will support management based on data and digital platforms through the small business big data platform, and actively foster 'entrepreneurial small business owners' who create innovation such as the construction of Lycon Town. We will improve procedures so that employment insurance enrollment and support applications can be done in a one-stop manner, and alleviate the childbirth burden of small business owners by providing loan and Yellow Umbrella Mutual Aid payment deferrals for women small business owners who give birth," he added.
He also expressed his commitment to supporting the globalization of ventures and startups and revitalizing the domestic startup ecosystem. Minister Oh said, "To support the overseas expansion and growth of domestic ventures and startups, we will expand the establishment of global venture investment funds and expand cooperation programs between global companies such as MS, Nvidia, Google, OpenAI, and our startups. We will create a domestic global startup hub, introduce a Startup Korea special visa issuance system to attract excellent overseas talent to Korea, and lay the foundation for the domestic venture investment market to leap into a global-level advanced venture investment ecosystem through deregulation and expanded global investment attraction," he said.
Regarding small and medium enterprises, Minister Oh said, "We will expand export vouchers and financial support, discover and select promising items and companies that are sufficiently competitive in the global market such as cosmetics, and establish a system where the public and private sectors collaborate to support export growth and overseas expansion of SMEs. For SMEs experiencing management crises, we will promote proactive structural improvements and enhance the capabilities of SMEs to respond to global carbon neutrality demands such as the implementation of the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism," he said.

In addition, regarding the delayed settlement incidents of TMON and WEMAKEPRICE, Minister Oh explained, "As soon as the issue was raised, we proactively participated in the task force (TF) of related ministries and supplied liquidity worth 270 billion KRW to affected companies struggling with liquidity. We also actively supported the recovery of affected small and medium enterprises and small business owners by mobilizing all available resources, including supporting costs necessary for entry into other e-commerce platforms to secure new sales channels."
