NHN Data Adds Follower Segmentation Messaging to Instagram DM Automation Solution
On the 8th, NHN Data announced that it has added a 'Follower Segmentation' message sending feature to SocialBiz, its Instagram Direct Message (DM) automation solution.
SocialBiz is a marketing solution developed by NHN Data in collaboration with Meta, focusing on Instagram DM automation features. It supports various DM sending functions that can be utilized based on customer actions, such as automatic replies to Reels and post comments, story mention replies, and fixed menus within chat rooms.
In this update, a 'Follower Condition' feature was added that sends messages by distinguishing customers who commented on posts or Reels based on whether they follow the account. This was the most requested feature by SocialBiz users, and the service was improved by actively reflecting user feedback.
Through this, it has become possible to provide additional information about detailed product information or promotions to customers who follow the brand account, and to send marketing messages encouraging follow conversion to general customers who do not follow. The message delivery results and the follower ratio among all customers can also be checked at a glance through the dashboard.
