POSCO Receives 'Highest' Grade in 2023 Win-Win Growth Index
POSCO received the highest grade for five consecutive years in the '2023 Win-Win Growth Index Evaluation' selected by the Win-Win Growth Committee.
At the 80th Win-Win Growth Committee held on the 8th, the results of the 2023 Win-Win Growth Index evaluation were finalized and announced for 218 large and medium-sized companies. In this announced Win-Win Growth Index evaluation, 44 companies including POSCO were selected as the highest grade.
The Win-Win Growth Index is a quantified indicator that evaluates the level of win-win growth between large and small and medium-sized enterprises. It is calculated by combining the comprehensive win-win growth evaluation conducted by the Win-Win Growth Committee and the fair trade agreement implementation evaluation conducted by the Fair Trade Commission, and is divided into five grades: highest, excellent, good, average, and poor.
POSCO received high evaluations in recognition of its efforts to establish a fair and transparent trading culture and actively practice win-win cooperation with business partners. To build a robust supply chain, POSCO operates eight representative win-win growth programs, including the performance-sharing system and the Win-Win Growth Support Group, promoting continuous win-win growth with small and medium-sized enterprises.
