According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system, Korea Zinc disclosed in the amended tender offer statement that the cash required for the tender offer consists of 500 billion KRW of its own funds and 2.1635 trillion KRW in borrowings. Previously, it was stated as 1.5 trillion KRW of own funds and 1.1635 trillion KRW in borrowings, but the company corrected 1 trillion KRW of own funds to borrowings.
