S-1 Changes Paradigm of Family Invitation Event... 'Hanmaeum Festival'
Transformed into a Festival for Everyone to Enjoy
Including Online Participation in the Newtro Concept Event
S1, the number one company in the security industry, presented a new paradigm for family invitation events. This was through the 'Hanmaeum Festival,' an event inviting employees' families both online and offline. S1 designed a diverse program to increase participation rates, allowing employees of all generations, along with their parents and children, to enjoy the event.
On the 6th, S1 announced that this year's Hanmaeum Festival was conducted with ▲an online event to strengthen communication with the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), ▲an offline event with a Newtro (New+Retro) concept for employees of various generations, and ▲an open tour program of the Talent Development Center prepared to share the company's vision with employees' families. The event started with an online family participation program on the 28th of last month, followed by the Talent Development Center open tour on the 4th, and the offline festival on the 5th, with about 1,400 employees and their families attending.

View original imageFirst, on the 28th of last month, a pre-event called the 'Banggu-seok Dance Contest' for employees' families was held. This event targeted the digital natives of the MZ generation, with 200 families and over 700 participants. The participation rate of the MZ generation reached 81%. An e-sports competition was also held. This was another category aimed at increasing participation among the MZ generation, who make up 64% of all employees.
Located on approximately 44,000 pyeong in Cheonan, Chungnam, the S1 Talent Development Center was transformed into a theme park with a 'Newtro (New+Retro)' concept for the offline event. This was to create a festival that resonates with employees of various generations as well as their parents and children of all ages. At the Talent Development Center, an open tour sharing the company's vision was also conducted. This place is a location all S1 employees pass through for training and was newly renovated in July to welcome employees and their families.
