'2024 Gwangjin-gu Day of Unity for the Association of Daycare Centers' Held
Starting at 10 AM on the 8th, various children's programs including a children's song concert and play experiences will be held at the Open Stage and Forest Stage in Children's Grand Park
Gwangjin-gu (Mayor Kim Kyung-ho) will hold the ‘2024 Gwangjin-gu Day of Unity for Daycare Centers’ on the 8th at Children’s Grand Park.
Hosted by the three divisions of the Gwangjin-gu Daycare Center Association (public, private, home-based), this event will operate various cultural programs and play experience booths throughout the park, including the Open Stage and Forest Stage, starting from 10 a.m.
In particular, all programs will be divided by age groups ▲4-5 years ▲2-3 years ▲0-1 year, allowing infants and toddlers and their parents from Gwangjin-gu daycare centers to fully enjoy the ‘Day of Unity’ event.
First, at the Open Stage, a ‘Children’s Song Concert’ accompanied by classical music will be held. Children’s songs, cartoon theme songs, and popular media tracks will be performed with professional commentary, providing enjoyment to the children attending the concert.
At the Forest Stage, the storyteller Park Cheom-ji will present the ‘Eummakkengkkeng Mask Puppet Show,’ and at the soccer field, play experience booths such as an air bounce (inflatable playground) and family sports zone will be set up for parents and children to enjoy together.
Gwangjin-gu will establish an operations headquarters on the day of the event to ensure safe proceedings and will cooperate with related organizations such as ▲Gwangjin Fire Station ▲Gwangjin Police Station to perfectly manage safety at the venue.
