Hyundai Card Launches Travel Desk... Offering Flight and Hotel Reservation Services
Hyundai Card announced on the 2nd that it will launch a travel concierge service called 'Travel Desk.' Travel Desk is a premium service that provides various consultations and reservations related to overseas travel, as well as expert support for emergencies occurring locally.
Hyundai Card premium members can use Travel Desk to create customized travel plans. Travel Desk suggests travel plans tailored to preferred destinations, schedules, and group sizes, and provides information on international flights and 4- and 5-star hotels and resorts. It not only handles necessary reservations and cancellations but also offers booking services for airport and hotel pick-up and drop-off.
It also guides users on transportation options available locally. Considering country-specific rental car insurance and vehicle pick-up locations, it helps book vehicles optimized for the travel route and supports prompt follow-up actions by contacting service providers in case of vehicle breakdowns. Consultations are also available for various transportation options at travel destinations, including national rail services such as Eurostar and TGV.
Top-tier card members can receive expert customized support services for emergencies occurring locally during overseas travel. They can access 24-hour professional support services for incidents such as medical emergencies, loss, or theft, along with interpretation services in over 100 languages. In particular, if an urgent medical situation arises, they can book local medical institution guidance, reservations, and medical escort services. In cases requiring emergency surgery, the service immediately connects users to air or ground medical transport services for emergency transfer to Korea or transfer to a local hospital.
To use Travel Desk, members can access the Travel Desk menu in the Hyundai Card application (app). It is conveniently available not only via phone consultation but also through the KakaoTalk channel. Detailed information about Travel Desk can be found in the Hyundai Card app.
