The "Creative Empathy Forum Visiting District Education" organized by the Seoul Human Resources Development Institute (Director Baek Il-hyun) was held on the 27th at the Dapsimni Film Media Art Center in Dongdaemun-gu (Mayor Lee Pil-hyung).
The "Visiting District Education" is an expansion of the Seoul city employee training program "Creative Empathy Forum," which was created to secure momentum for organizational change through creative administration and to successfully promote city governance, extended to the autonomous districts.
About 100 Dongdaemun-gu employees attended the training, spending time reflecting on and discussing topics such as the importance of creative thinking and problem-solving using new technologies like ChatGPT.
