Korea Housing Finance Corporation Maintains Bogeumjari Loan Interest Rates in October
With Preferential Rates, Minimum Annual Rate Ranges from 2.95% to 3.25% Depending on Maturity
Korea Housing Finance Corporation (HF, President Choi Junwoo) announced that the interest rates for the long-term, fixed-rate, amortized mortgage loan product 'Bogeumjari Loan' will remain unchanged for October.
Accordingly, the annual interest rates for the 'Akkim-e Bogeumjari Loan' will range from 3.95% (10 years) to 4.25% (50 years).

If additional preferential rates (up to 1.0 percentage point) are applied for low-income youth, newlywed households, socially disadvantaged groups (such as people with disabilities and single-parent families), and victims of rental fraud, the minimum annual interest rates will be 2.95% (10 years) to 3.25% (50 years).
Korea Housing Finance Corporation will keep the October Bogeumjari Loan interest rate unchanged.
