Goyang-si, Individual Housing Prices Determined and Announced as of June 1
Individual Housing Objections Accepted Until October 25
Goyang Special City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Dong-hwan) announced on the 26th that it has determined and publicly announced the individual housing prices for a total of 131 houses as of June 1, 2024, and will operate a period for objections to individual housing prices until October 25.
The announcement targets houses where new construction, extensions, land division, or mergers occurred between January 1 and May 31 of this year, including 83 houses in Deogyang-gu, 38 houses in Ilsandong-gu, and 10 houses in Ilsanseo-gu.
Housing price inquiries can be made by visiting the tax civil service office of the district office where the house is located or through the Real Estate Public Price Informer website (www.realtyprice.kr).
During the inquiry period, homeowners or legally interested parties who have objections to the housing prices can submit an objection form to the tax department of the district office with jurisdiction over the house location by October 25.
The city will re-investigate and verify the housing prices with objections, review them through the Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee, notify the results individually, and publicly announce the adjusted prices on November 21.
