Galaxy Watch Ultra Ranks 1st in US Consumer Reports, Surpassing Apple Watch

Galaxy Watch7 LTE Tied for 1st Place
Samsung Electronics' smartwatch 'Galaxy Watch Ultra' has ranked first in the latest evaluation by the leading U.S. consumer magazine Consumer Reports.
According to industry sources on the 25th, the Galaxy Watch Ultra received a total score of 92 points in the Consumer Reports evaluation, surpassing the Apple Watch Ultra 2, which scored 91 points, to newly claim the top spot.
Consumer Reports awarded the Galaxy Watch Ultra the highest rating in all 11 categories for the first time in smartwatch evaluations. In fact, the Galaxy Watch Ultra received the highest rating in all areas including usability, functionality, health, scratch resistance, waterproofing, compatibility, and readability.
The 'Galaxy Watch7 LTE,' released alongside the Galaxy Watch Ultra, also scored a total of 92 points, sharing the first place. The Galaxy Watch7 Bluetooth scored 90 points, ranking joint 4th, with three of the top five smartwatches in the evaluation being Galaxy Watches.
Consumer Reports described the Galaxy Watch Ultra as "a product with very easy usability, accurate step counting, and excellent heart rate accuracy," adding that "it connects very easily with the latest smartphones, allowing seamless interaction, and charging was also very convenient." They also emphasized that "the watch face scratch test was outstanding, and the waterproof test conducted at a depth of 100 meters for 10 minutes was passed without any issues."
Consumer Reports is the largest monthly consumer goods magazine published by the U.S. Consumers Union, providing consumers with comparisons of performance and prices by manufacturer for almost all products. It operates solely on membership fees, donations, and magazine sales revenue, earning very high consumer trust.

The Galaxy Watch7 44mm is available in green and silver colors, and the 40mm model comes in green and cream colors. The price for the 44mm Bluetooth model is 389,000 KRW, and the 40mm Bluetooth model is 349,000 KRW. The LTE models are priced at 419,100 KRW for the 44mm and 379,500 KRW for the 40mm.
