Guri-si, 2025 Apartment Subsidy Support Project Applications Open
Expecting Improved Quality of Life for Citizens through Support for Repair Costs of Apartment Facilities
The city of Guri, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun) announced on the 24th that it will accept applications for the 2025 Apartment Subsidy Support Project from October 25 to October 25.
The Apartment Subsidy Support Project is designed to assist in creating a pleasant living environment for residents of apartments within the jurisdiction by supporting the necessary maintenance costs for common facilities in apartment complexes.
The support targets apartments that have been in use for more than five years since the inspection date (excluding rental apartments), covering 31 types of projects such as road repairs within the complex, exterior wall painting, and replacement of aging elevators. The support amount is up to 60% of the total project cost, with a maximum limit of 50 million KRW.
Additionally, for apartments with fewer than 200 households, support of up to 90% is available if the total project cost is 5 million KRW or less.
Mayor Baek Kyung-hyun of Guri said, “We hope that complexes planning improvements such as parking lot expansion and renovation of aging auxiliary facilities will definitely apply for this subsidy support project,” adding, “We expect that the implementation of this subsidy support project will enhance the efficient management of apartments and maintain a pleasant living environment, thereby increasing the convenience of citizens' lives.”
