Lotte World Busan Holds Coastal Cleanup Volunteer Activity to Mark International Coastal Cleanup Day
Collecting Marine Debris with Lotte Water Park Employees
Employees of Lotte World Adventure Busan and Lotte Water Park participated in a coastal cleanup volunteer activity on the 23rd to commemorate the 24th International Coastal Cleanup Day.
The "Charlotte Volunteer Group," consisting of Lotte World employees from the Yeongnam region, worked to create a cleaner environment by collecting marine debris along the coast of the Dongsam Innovation District in Yeongdo-gu, Busan.
This event was a joint public-private coastal cleanup activity organized by the Busan Coast Guard. Since opening Lotte World Adventure Busan in Gijang in 2022, Lotte World has participated in this event every year.
Lotte World is taking the lead in sustainable environmental protection activities by providing souvenirs to volunteers who participate in the cleanup.
