Seoul National University Hospital Cancer Center Fire Evacuates About 640 People... "No Casualties"
A fire broke out at the Cancer Center of Seoul National University Hospital located in Jongno-gu, Seoul, prompting the emergency evacuation of 640 people.
According to the fire authorities, the fire occurred on the 2nd floor of the Cancer Center at Seoul National University Hospital at around 3:04 PM on the 23rd. Firefighters who responded to the report extinguished the fire in about 3 minutes.
The fire is believed to have started from an electrical wire connected to a radiator in the consultation room on the 2nd floor of the Cancer Center.
Although 640 patients and caregivers evacuated due to the fire, fortunately, there were no casualties.
