The Sacheon City Youth Challenge Support Project is being conducted by the Korea Labor Education Promotion Agency, aiming to motivate and restore the confidence of young people who have given up on job seeking.
It helps reintegrate youth excluded from employment education back into the workforce, supports their independence, and connects them with various employment support services.
Through customized programs to motivate participation in social activities, participants receive a 500,000 KRW stipend upon completing the "Challenge" program, and up to 2.5 million KRW (500,000 KRW per month for up to 5 months) for completing the "Challenge+" program.
A city official said, "This competition was a valuable opportunity to share outstanding examples from other cities and counties," and added, "We will continue to work hard to create more jobs in the future."
