KIPO Announces Recruitment for Participants in 'Patent Attorney Practical Training Group Education'
The Korea Intellectual Property Training Institute under the Korean Intellectual Property Office announced on the 22nd that it will recruit participants for the "2024 Second Half Patent Attorney Practical Training Group Education" from the 23rd to the 27th.
The group education will be held from November 4 to December 5 at the Korea Intellectual Property Training Institute located in Daejeon, targeting those who hold a lawyer's license. Applications can be submitted through the Korea Intellectual Property Training Institute's website.
The group education course consists of practical subjects focused on the practice necessary for patent attorney work, as well as basic subjects such as professional ethics and interpretation of the Patent Attorney Act required during the patent attorney work process.
For this year's second half education, an elective course titled "Understanding of Science and Technology," which must be completed by lawyers without a science or engineering background, has been newly added.
