Cleverse Announces Year-End Dividend of 1,000 KRW per Share... "Annual Dividend Yield Expected at 10% Considering Interim Dividend"
Convergent thinking platform Creverse (CEO Donghoon Lee) has announced that it will continue its shareholder return policy through high dividends.
On the 13th, Creverse revealed plans for a year-end dividend of 1,000 KRW per common share. With this, Creverse's total dividend for this year, including the interim dividend, is expected to reach 1,500 KRW, resulting in a dividend yield of approximately 10% based on the recent stock price.
In particular, since Creverse has been implementing tax-exempt dividends starting from the 2022 year-end dividend, the actual shareholder return rate increases further. Considering that the 15.4% dividend income tax as well as comprehensive income tax are exempted, the effective dividend yield experienced by shareholders is expected to rise even more.
