Recruitment for the 2nd Class of 'Samjeong KPMG Future Academy'
Samjong KPMG is recruiting the second cohort for its education program aimed at nurturing future software (SW) talent as part of the K-Digital Training (KDT) leading company academy project.
On the 12th, Samjong KPMG announced, "Following the first cohort of the 'Samjong KPMG Future Academy' data analysis course launched in July, we are currently recruiting for the second cohort."
KDT is a vocational training project led by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Korea University of Technology and Education's Vocational Competency Evaluation Institute. Its goals include the growth of the domestic and international digital tech-based consulting market and the cultivation of related talent. Leading companies in IT and new technology sectors, primarily medium-sized and larger enterprises, directly develop and manage the curriculum and provide cutting-edge technology to the trainees.
In the first cohort, current consultants at Samjong KPMG participated as mentors, designing a curriculum based on real projects conducted in the field, in addition to technical education.
The second cohort plans to select approximately 35 trainees. Over a six-month training period, it aims to cultivate data experts utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). Outstanding graduates will be offered internship opportunities at Samjong KPMG, along with various educational benefits such as provision of the latest training equipment and support for IT certification exam fees. The program will be held from next month until April of next year at the iGros Education Center in Noryangjin, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, and applications can be submitted through the official website and the Ministry of Employment and Labor’s vocational training portal.
