Gyeonggi Office of Education Strengthens Fire Prevention Safety Management in Autumn
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education is raising awareness about the frequently occurring fires recently and is taking measures to prevent fires in preparation for the dry autumn season.
On the 4th, the Office announced that to prevent fire accidents in autumn, it will promote ▲ sharing fire cases by cause and location ▲ providing essential inspection guidelines for educational facilities to prevent fires ▲ guiding response procedures and reporting systems in case of fire.
Previously, the Office held a video conference with education support office officials to emphasize the importance of safety management for fire prevention.
Accordingly, the education support offices will form their own inspection teams together with school officials and safety management contractors to inspect fire facilities at schools with a history of fires or fire vulnerabilities by the 30th of this month.
