He continued, "Water was leaking continuously from the parking lot ceiling, turning it into a pool. Despite repeated complaints, the issue has not been resolved, and some residents have even moved out."
A added, "I trusted the project because it was said to be supported by the province for newlyweds, but it is full of shoddy construction. Please come up with proper countermeasures."
In response, a representative from the development corporation stated, "A construction error in the upstairs unit caused a water leak, leading to mold in the downstairs unit. Both the upstairs resident and the construction company have re-wallpapered the unit several times. Recently, another complaint about mold was received. While it may be due to maintenance issues, we plan to conduct another water leak inspection."
The representative added, "In the case of parking lots in newly built apartments, cracks can occur as the structure settles, which may lead to leaks. During the rainy season or when there is heavy rain, we check and take action as needed."
